Magnifying Visors

This is an english assignment..is it ok?

Well its called My Microscopic View of Summer and is supposed to show the microscopic things in summer and what you really enjoy about it..It's supposed to start with a verb and is like a run on sentence. My microscopic view of summer is, watching a trapped bee buzzing between two window panes, peering from under my black visor with the daisy on it, burning ants with a magnifying glass, sipping cold lemonade slowly to make it last, doing word searches in the COFFEE TIME section in the newspaper, dribbling melted cherry popsicle down my chin while gazing out the car window, ignoring my mom’s protests as I go further into the ocean water, giggling at people’s tomato-red faces, feeling the rush of the wind to my face, while kicking off the sprinkle-like sand to swing higher, lying in my bare bed, stretching like a cat, locking my older brother in the bathroom, hearing my pounding heart as I run the course one more time, singing along to the Top 50 songs on the charts, showing off my new ocean blue swimming suit as I strut to the pool, watching the clock as I await the final strokes of colour in the sky to fade, frowning at the new packaged pencils sitting at my bedside table, crying, for summer’s over.
