Magnifying Visors

Yahoo Maps left a magnifying glass on my screen. What do I do to get rid of it?

After viewing Yahoo Maps and closing it, the little magnifying glass did not go away. I have closed all windows and it is still there. This is not an icon. When I put my cursor over it the cursor arrow turns to a waiting glass. What do I do??
