Where can I get a ruler with a magnifying glass?

I need a ruler-ish item for my grandfather. It's something that helps him read in a straight line and it has a magnifying glass. He needs one to help him read the newspaper cuz he has glaucoma. I don't know what to put in the search boxes to find it. Can anyone help?

1. Those are called " Magna Rule" Mind you, they aren't very strong, so if he needs a lot of magnification, it may not work for him. You can find them in some optical stores, stationary stores, or online...write Magna Rule, and it gives several sites.
