Magnifying Visors

How can I make something to hold a magnifying glass over (something).?

I'd like to suspend a magnifying in mid-air (not with string). I'd like to make a simple 'holder' for this magnifying glass so that I may put things under it and view them from above without having to hold the magnifying glass.

2. This is what I work with and I love it as there are times I try to solder something and the "hands " help hold it. There may come a time there may be something too small for you to hold under it and it does help.
